How to meditate!

Ever sat down and tried to meditate and your mind just keeps on spinning? The good news (or bad depends on how you look at it!?) - it is not meant to stop completely however there is a time tested and traditional way to learn how to harness the spinning and create space, for clarity, calm and focus.

Over 4 weeks we will explore a gentle movement practice, followed by meditation using the technology of traditional hatha kriyas.

Starts Thursday, 7 March for 4 weeks. 7:30pm - 8:30pm. Exchange $88
